Great Smoky Mountains : This fall's photo trip took us to the Great Smoky Mountains. We were lucky enough to hit the color nearly at peak (mostly at the higher elevations), and fog was present a lot of the time making for some really interesting photographs. This National Park is close to home and definetly worth a look!

Cumberland Falls, Kentucky : This gallery includes shots of Cumberland Falls in Corbin, Kentucky, Cumberland Gap and it's surrounding areas. This photo trip was made in early October of 2003.

Anatomy of a Hunt : These photos will be very different for some viewers - but you beaglers will know exactly what's going on. We have beagles, Molly and Sadie, that are working dogs. Rabbit hunters in the case of beagles. The instinct in animals is an amazing thing, and it's great to be able to watch and hear. I was really lucky and quick enough to get a photo or two as well!

Travel Journal of My Trip to Yellowstone, Grand Tetons, Mt. Rushmore and Custer State Park in South Dakota : This is a very different approach than I usually take when I have new photos. This trip was taken September 9th - 21st of 2006. It's an amazing trip I'd recommend to anyone that has the stamina to drive the nearly 5,000 miles it took from home! There are comments under most pictures that describe parts of our trip or the scenery contained in the photos. It was a long trip, so feel free to make our journey in several visits to my website.

Special thanks to my husband, Dick, for being such an incredibly patient tour guide and photo assistant!

The Beach : This gallery consists of a variety of beach photos - different beaches and subjects - but very definetly things you'll find at the beach!

Fall, 2009 : The photos in this gallery are from a recent trip through Harbor Country - the southeast coastline of Lake Michigan. The weather was cold and windy which makes for some wild water shots.
